Why strategy doesn’t change, but tactics change every day. The media may be portraying that everything is unpredictable right now, but they must have forgotten that the world is ALWAYS uncertain. You need to be able to adapt your business to what is relevant now. Always expect the unexpected and run your business as if anything could happen because anything can happen.

Why you need to expand right now rather than contract. If you are expanding you are growing and living and improving. If you are contracting you are becoming smaller and suffocating yourself from progress and dying.
